Dr. Farhan is surgically trained in foot reconstruction and trauma and commonly treats tendon problems, chronic pain of the foot and ankle and podiatric orthopedic deformities.
Dr. Farhan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Biology from Benedictine University, where he graduated as a University Scholar. During his undergraduate tenure, he competed as an NCAA Track & Field and Cross Country athlete and served as the Student Body Secretary, demonstrating a commitment to leadership and peak physical performance.
Professional accomplishments include:
- He earned his medical degree from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University, where he received the institution’s highest award for community service and served as a class leader in orthopedics and biomechanics
- He completed his Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency with Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle credentialing at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York.
- Training at a Level II trauma center, Dr. Farhan served as Chief Resident and gained extensive experience in trauma care, pediatrics, sports medicine, and limb salvage.
- He furthered his expertise through advanced fellowship training in limb salvage and foot and ankle reconstruction, where he helped pioneer surgical education and mastered complex internal and external fixation techniques.
- Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Farhan loves the outdoors and who has completed numerous domestic and international hikes. He is a passionate golfer, an award-winning home cook, and a devoted supporter of the Cubs, Bears, Bulls, and Blackhawks.

A proud Naperville native and alumnus of Naperville North High School, Dr. Farhan is honored to serve the community where he was raised.
